Praça Martim Moniz 2. This ninth-floor rooftop bar has views of the castle and the river. it is a popular spot among locals, and the rooftop deck gets full sun.

Not so much a rooftop as it is an elevated terrace with views of the castle and the Baixa neighborhood. The bar and belvedere are located behind the Igreja do Carmo Church.
