The hostel has a bar.  Breakfast is 3 euros between 8 am and 10:40 am.

Located in a former convent in a traditional Lisbon neighborhood, the hostel is not too far from the Anjos metro station or the little-known, but really cool Miradouro de Monte Agudo viewpoint. 

Also, a 20-minute walk from Castelo São Jorge, and the famous Tram 28 has a stop right outside.

They have single, double triple private rooms, and dorms from 4 to 10 beds, mixed or single-sex rooms

Each bed in the dorm has curtains, a charger, and a reading light, and your locker is in your room.  Some of the bathrooms are en-suite.

Breakfast is available every day and the hostel organizes a dinner social every night.

You can have drinks at their Imperial Bar, or on the garden patio

This is a beautiful, cozy, and clean hostel with a lot going on. There is a bar on site, there are pub crawls, free walking tours, and trips to Sintra. By far, the most popular feature of this hostel is Mamma, the owner’s mother, and her nightly home-cooked meals.

There are 4, 6, and 8-bed mixed rooms or all-female rooms. There are also double and twin private rooms. Each room in this 200-year-old building has a large window or a balcony. Lockers are provided.

As of August 2021, they are offering all-inclusive food and beverages if you book the breakfast option. 

You get three meals daily (with vegan and vegetarian options, plus free beer and sangria during bar hours.

Nonetheless, guests claim that you cannot hear the trains.

While travelers say that it is not a party hostel, it is well-located for nightlife, between Bairro Alto’s many bars and those found in Cais do Sodré.
